The HFL Cougar Flag Cheer team took 1st place at the Empire Cheer Competition at RIT's Gordon Field House on Saturday, Oct. 5. The competition included top-notch teams from Monroe County and the greater Finger Lakes region. CONGRATULATIONS COUGARS!
